This week on Ice is Slippery, we're making New Year's resolutions on behalf of people in the NHL so we don't have to do any self-examination. It also turns out Kate has a lot of room in her heart for assorted hockey players.

In this week's bonus episode of Ice is Slippery, we're talking about Episode 6 of Heated Rivalry. Kate's already been to the cottage four times, and Fred's trying to figure out how to put her into an induced coma so she isn't insufferable until 2027. We also marvel at Hudson Williams mastery over his tear ducts.

Kate and Fred return with another bonus episode of Ice is Slippery to talk in-depth about episode 5 of Heated Rivalry. The hottest show on TV showed us what it's like to be emotionally sexy, and Kate scored a hat trick in crying. Meanwhile, Fred's just excited about the return of Scott Hunter.

This week on Ice is Slippery, Fred is full of caffeine and hot takes while Kate is filled with a deep sense of dread over the state of the central division. That doesn't stop her from making a passionate argument in defense of Jamie Benn.
